NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) — New Castle County Police are looking for two cars loaded with teenaged boys who were shooting at each other as they drove in the New Castle area.
Police say the shots rang out as the cars drove toward Route 9 from Llangollen Estates Wednesday afternoon.
One car was described as black with heavily-tinted windows, and the other was a champagne-colored sedan.
